DESCRIPTION:KIDNEY HEALTH AWARENESS FUN RUN 2022主办单位：彭亨佛教会洗肾中心Organizer: Pahang Buddhist Association Hemodialysis Centre主催单位: 彭亨佛教会Promoted By: Pahang Buddhist Association协办单位: 关丹城市捷兔跑步会Co-organizer: Kuantan City Hash House Harriers日期: 2022年11月6日（星期日）Date: 6 November 2022 （Sunday）时间: 早上7点Time: 7am地点: 彭亨佛教会Venue: Pahang Buddhist Association集合时间: 早上7点Assemble TIme: 7am义跑距离：5公里Fun run distance：5KM报名费: 50令吉Registration Fee: RM50.00报名截止 ：-Deadline : - \n\n\n\n比赛规则 ： \n\n\n\n18岁以下的参赛者必须得到家长的同意，12岁或以下者必须获得家长陪同参加。所有18岁以下参赛者必须填写家长 / 监 护人同意书。若通过网上报名，可在领取T恤当天补签家长同意书。比赛过程中，禁止携带宠物，推车，婴儿车，溜冰鞋，轮鞋等。参赛者必须遵守活动各项规则，否则主办当局有权立即取消其参赛资格。主办当局有权增删上述之细则，比赛过程中如有发生任何以外或损失主办当局一概不负责。参赛者必须确认自身身体和精神状况符合参加比赛的各项要求。主办当局不会退还任何费用。所有参赛者将于义跑前2天 领取T恤，日期及地点在彭亨佛教会 。若不能在限定日期内领取，请联络负责人。请所有参赛者于比赛当天穿上大会T恤。\n\n\n\nFun Run Rules : \n\n\n\nParticipants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parents\, and those under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parents.All entrants under the age of 18 must fill in the home Long/Guardian Consent. if onlineFor registration\, parents can sign up on the day of receiving the T-shirt consent.During the competition\, pets\, cars\, strollers\, roller skates\, roller shoes\, etc. are not allowed.
